Company History
Duel has been implementing solutions to improve quality of life in mobility, tourism, and the arts since 1994.
Our first project was the creation of a virtual scenography system for RAI, the Italian National Public Media Service, in 1995.
We then developed the world’s first platform for satellite transmission of images and video (in both unicast and multicast mode) and the first European platform for processing data and traffic events with multimedia distribution to various channels.
Over the years, we have continued to develop innovative platforms and solutions. Our constant challenge is to devise and propose unique technological solutions for business communication and traffic reporting.

The first Italian system for producing television news with a cartographic representation of traffic events is developed for the multimedia center of Autostrade s.p.a., the Italian national highway network
1999
European TV-files Platform for satellite management and delivery (store&forward in unicast and multicast mode) with DVB/IP protocol

Partnership Agreement with Eurovision for exclusive use of the TV-Files Platform
2005
First European platform for Multimedia and Multichannel Info-mobility services for transport systems developed for the “Muoversi in Campania” Service Centre

IMA® Application Platform for national, multimedia, and multichannel info-mobility services for transport systems, developed for CCISS, the Italian Coordination Center for Road Safety Information

Application Platform for Control Services and Mobility Planning developed for the Regione Lazio

Extension of TOV services to the United States, Germany, Holland, and France
